TELOS Systems Administrator

• Provides support for Classified and Unclassified systems for Washington Air Defense Sector involving managing deployment of software and hardware for associated facilities.
• Established and provide support for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) for high visibility network.
• Administrate WSUS and SCCM/MECM functionality; procured, deployed, and applied installation deadlines to servers and workstations for Air National Guard unit.

• Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for I Corps G2 aiding the ISSM and helping to draft Information Security Policies, Standards and Guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.
• Experience with supporting system Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and creating artifacts, control implementation details, and POA&Ms for Cross Domains Solution Systems and other DCGS systems.
• Administrated and ensured the continual compliance of 600 plus computers and several Programs of Record (POR) systems in a secured environment to the highest utmost security clearance standards.
• Conducted security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommended improvements to system security and procedures.

• Implemented tools and services to assist in the identification and implementation of necessary security assessments and testing.
• Provided technical support to a global workforce, for Windows Systems with 5000 + users, leveraging remote tools.
• Responsible for the setting up and maintenance of Endpoint Security for all Systems with the use of Symantec Endpoint Protection and Encryption and maintaining all system patching.
• Acquired and maintained knowledge of product offerings, current support policies and methods of support delivery to provide technically accurate solutions to users along with necessary training for common and specialized software.

• Member of mobile system upgrade team, often leading the teams in the upgrading and testing of Trojan Spirit systems at customer locations around the US, Germany, and South Korea.
• Supported the installation and upgrade of commercial off the shelf components such as iDirect modems, cisco switches and routers, KU/C band satcom equipment, VOIP phones, and tactical Video Teleconferencing Suites.
• Prepped and maintained systems and processed them to be installed at customer locations by our installation teams.
